2010 SPRING REGISTRATION
The Age Chart for the 2010 spring season at bottom of this page
shows where we recommend your child play based on his/her age.
Registration Information will be updated as soon as dates, times, and fees are determined.
Registration is usually held the last 2 weekends in January
and first 2 weekends in February.
Registration fees include pre-paid raffle tickets that you will receive at your first team practice.

Online Registration for 2010 SPRING Season
Please note that there is a $5 non-refundable online processing fee added to your normal player registration fees when registering a player online.
Use of this website for payment implies you have read ALL of the instructions below BEFORE proceeding with Online Registration.
- Step 1 - You will click on Online Forms on the left menu and select Player Registration Form. Fill out one form for each player to register.
- Step 2 - You will click on Player Registration on the left menu and select a PayPal payment button to pay for your registration.
Your registration will be void if you do not pay. - Step 3 - We recommend you also send an email to Dave Jann drjann@verizon.net to let us know you just completed a registration.
It is YOUR responsibility to stay current with the Club schedule to ensure you don't miss evaluations, practices, events, etc. Visit our regular website frequently.

Mail-in Registration for 2010 SPRING Season
Use of this website for payment implies you have read ALL of the instructions below BEFORE proceeding with Online Registration.
- Step 1 - Go to Handouts on the left menu and select Player Registration Form. Print this packet on your local printer and follow instructions.
- Step 2 - Complete ALL sections except the bottom marked Club Use Only.
- Step 3 - Write check or money order to "PBC". NO CASH. See Registration Information above for amount owed, or send email to Dave Jann drjann@verizon.net to ask or confirm.
- Step 4 - Mail the form(s) and check to PBC Registration, P.O. Box 461, Pasadena, MD 21123.
- Step 5 - We recommend you send an email to drjann@verizon.net to let us know you mailed in a form and check so we can verify that we receive it.
NOTE: A birth certificate is NOT needed at the time of registration.

*Travel requires a try-out and selection to make a team. If you make a team, there will be significantly more fees to pay to cover travel league and team costs.
There are no "try-outs" for Intramural and Clinic teams. Some Intramural divisions have player "evaluations" so that we can try to form fairly equal teams, but all players are placed on a team.
