Coaches - what's next?
Please call your team players parents to introduce yourself and tell them when practices will be.
Coaches will determine when practices will be held and for how long. Typically a practice should be between 45-90 minutes, depending on division.
Have your players choose a team name.
All practices are to be held at Volunteer Park.
Be sure to look at the buttons on the left for other information i.e. rules, handouts, and other useful links.

Safe Haven Certification for Referees,
Safe Haven Certification for Coaches, and
BASIC (Board And Staff Introductory Certification)
To take any of these online courses, go to click here . To access the online courses and receive certification or credit, you must be a registered AYSO volunteer with an AYSO ID number.

Upon completion (and, in some cases, passing a test), you will be able to print a certificate of successful completion, and your volunteer record will be updated in eAYSO.
The following online courses are now available:
Treasurer I Course,
U-8 Coach Course,
U-10 Coach Course, and
Basic Referee Course
NOTE: Some courses will be taught partially online and partially in person. For example, some referee and coaching course will require on-field coursework in addition to online training.
Eventually, all AYSO training (approximately 100 courses) , will be available online in whole or in part.
