Policy for Rescheduling Intramural Games Reasons you can cancel/reschedule a game: 1. if you are not going to have enough players to field a team. 2. if neither the head coach nor assistant coach can be there for the game.
If you need to cancel and/or reschedule a game, we need a minimum of one week's notice to make the necessary arrangements for fields and referees.
