Super Bowl Fundraiser

It is time to get our Super bowl Fundraiser started. In the past, we have tried several methods to make this as simple as possible for us to administrate and for the families to assist. This fundraiser, along with our Trivia night which is March 11, 2017 are the two primary ways we have to keep each family's cost as reasonable as possible.

We are trying a new method this year with the hope it will be easy for everyone. This is mandatory and not optional.

Here are the details:  

• Each team will be assigned a board of 100 squares. All players are responsible for selling the squares assigned to them on their team board.
• Each player will have their names already drawn and placed on the board. Example- Jones 1, Jones 2, etc. All players will have a copy of their team board with their names included so they can sell those assigned squares.
• You can keep these for yourself and play or sell some or all. They are $10 per square so the player is responsible to turn in $$$ by Saturday, February 4. If a player sells a square to someone, simply let them pick which number of your squares they want. (example - grandpa wants two squares and buys Jones 2 and Jones 6) It will be your responsibility to keep track of which square you sold to whoever bought from you.
• The program will pay $125 for each winner in quarters 1, 2, and 3 and the final score. Any player who has a winning square will be contacted after the Super Bowl. If you kept that ticket for yourself, the winnings will be applied toward any fees due. If you sold that square, we will get the name of the person so we can issue a check for you to deliver.You can provide the web site link to anyone you sell to and they can print a final board once the numbers are drawn. They can go to our site, find the correct board (example - 18U) and check their number or print the board itself. This will allow any buyers to have easy access and you will not have to provide anything further to them. www.leaguelineup.com/americannational/

We will have some extra squares if anyone is able to sell some additional to help the program meet its goal of completing 4 boards, that would be greatly appreciated. Simply let us know and we will arrange for these additional buyers to have a square on a board and you can submit the money with yours.

Again, this is a requirement. If money is not turned in, it will be added to the fees and no uniforms will be given until all fees are paid.
