GAME CANCELLATION POLICY 

To cancel a game due to weather,
please CALL ASA Assignor Glenn Kelly at (484) 797-7910. Phone call is preferred, but you can text also.

YOU MUST KEEP TRYING TO CONTACT HIM UNTIL YOU GET A CONFIRMATION 

PLEASE  DO  NOT  CONTACT  THE  UMPIRES  TO  CANCEL  A GAME!!! YOU  MUST  CALL  GLENN!

There is also an umpire compliments and complaints form in case you have any feedback about a particular umpire or game

PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR RESPECTIVE COMMISSIONER OF ALL GAME CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES!!

The commissioner will be responsible for contacting Glenn Kelly with rescheduled date  you must receive a confirmation on new date  

For the 2024 season, the fee for umpires will be as follows:

10u and 12u division will only have 1 umpire. $66/game for the umpire.

Each team is responsible for half the umpire fees ($33/game)  

Fees must be paid prior to the start of the game.
