HEADS UP FOOTBALL for all coaches
Congratulations on being accepted to the position of Head Football Coach for the Ellington Rams 2014 season. Welcome to the fraternity of the Ellington Rams. We have a very rich history of success that we have reached is such a short time of existents. Due to not only our very talented young men, but I believe first and foremost because of our terrific Head Coaches and their staff. These young men are the future of our nation. You are given the privilege and responsibility of teaching, training, evaluating the progress and the performance of our young men. These young men are our future leaders, warriors, husbands, fathers and coaches. Give them a 100% of yourself and demand the same in return. Fight for your players and the will fight for you. Show them that you care about them not only as football players but as a person. Enjoy the ride, it will be over before you know it.
With that said, it is your responsibility to make sure that you and your Coaching staff have registered and have completed the certification by July 01, 2014. Any head coach who has not completed the certification will be removed from their head coaching position. We want men who are committed to the Ellington Rams organization as a whole not individual agendas. This process will highlight those who are committed and those who are not. I am confident that we will have a 100% compliance with this process. We are either ALL IN or ALL OUT. Let’s go take what’s ours, Championship.

Membership Codes
Below are the Membership Codes for Bay Area Football League coaches. Please let me know if you need more uses. When redeemed by your coaches during registration or renewal of their USA Football membership, the code will give them a $5 Coach Membership , and access to the Level 1 Tackle Certification course or recertification quiz.

Don’t Forget! BAFL and the Ellington Rams board will be tracking the redemption of the membership codes to learn which coaches have activated a Coach Membership and successfully completed the certification course. Coaches who have not completed the Heads Up Program will not be allow to coach in any capacityuntil that requirement has been met. |
