What are the age requirements?
FOOTBALL & CHEER - based on age as of May 1, 2022.
Mighty Mites (Padded Flag) --- 5-7 years old Junior Varsity (Tackle) --- 8-9 years old Varsity (Tackle) --- 10-12 years old
When does the 2022 season start? Football -- July 18th, 2022 Cheer -- July 18th, 2022
When are the practices? Football -- Starts July 18th and is Monday through Friday (6:00 pm - 8:00 pm) Cheer -- Starts July 18th and is Monday through Thursday (6:00 pm - 7:30 pm)
How much does it cost? Football - $125 plus football equipment costs Cheerleading - $125 plus cheer equipment costs What do I need to buy? - Cheerleading equipment is purchased as needed (bodysuit, spankies, white socks, cheer shoes, warm-ups, bags that can be embroidered are often things new cheerleaders will need).
What is the OHSAA? Ohio High School Athletic Association. They set the rules for High School football in the State Of Ohio. Field Youth Football uses the same set of rules with variations catered to the youth. For more information go to; http://www.ohsaa.org/
