Subscribe to our NewsletterIf you are interested in coaching or Assistant Coaching a team at GYGSA, please fill out a coaches application form and submit for your background check. Once the Application and Background check is completed, you will be contacted by a GYGSA board member with additional information.
Complete the following 2 steps to submit your request to Coach / Assistant Coach at GYGSA. Each step contains a link to each form.
STEP1: COACHES APPLICATION FORM
Note: A coaches application form will need to be submitted for each season you want to coach in. This means if you coached in the Spring 2023 season and you want to coach again in the Fall 2023 season you will need to submit a coaches application for that season.
STEP2: GYGSA COACHES BACKGROUND CHECK
Note: The coaches background check is good for the full year in which it was submitted. This means if you submitted a background check for the Spring 2023 season you do not have to submit one again to coach in the Fall 2023 Season. You will be required to submit one again to coach in the 2016 Season. Thanks
PLAYER PROTECTION FORM
Each Coach can protect two (2) players during the Spring and Fall Season Drafts. A player cannot be protected unless a completed Player Protect form is presented at the time of Drafts.
