GAME RESULTS REPORTING, GAME CANCELLATION POLICY/PROCEDURE & GAME RESCHEDULING PROCEDURES: ***Please note that games will only be cancelled/rescheduled due to poor weather OR if a team has COVID exposures/cases and a full team can't be fielded***

How To Send Game Results Into Baltimore Pike League:
All game results must be updated in Team Snap by the winning team on the same day as the game occurred.  The winning Coach is responsible for reporting the results.

Game Cancellations Due to Weather:
If a game needs to be cancelled due to weather, the League Board will make the decision (based on field conditions and weather) at least 2 hours prior to game time (exception being if a last minute weather event pops up forcing a last minute cancellation). We will do everything we can to play a game, but we always have the players safety at top of mind.

When a game is cancelled an email blast will be sent out to all of the league (players and coaches). We will be using Team Snap for most communications, so please make sure to have the Team Snap App on your phone.  Please also make sure you are subscribed to our Email/Newsletter List to ensure you receive all important communications.  We will also post the game cancellation to our Facebook Page.  Coaches should always follow up with their teams to ensure everyone is aware of the cancellation.

How To Reschedule A Game:

We have included rain dates in our schedule.  Our Game Day Coordinator will work with each team to reschedule the game and update that game in TeamSnap.

*Please note that all games need to be rescheduled as wins and loses will be recorded to award a season champion.  It is not mandatory for Tball games to be rescheduled and should be rescheduled based on discretion of the coaches.
