For step by step instructions on how to register your child online, please download the NHLL Online Registration Instructions here.

Registrations must be completed no later than January 31, 2012. All players registered by January 31 will be placed on 2012 teams. Player registrations received after January 31 will be put on a waiting list that will be used to fill out teams or replace injured players as space permits.

The 2012 NHSBL season will begin games in early April and will finish in early June. The NHSBL is a league for 13, 14, and 15-year-old players from the North Hunterdon /Voorhees school district. All aspiring middle school players are encouraged and invited to join.

NHSBL plays all of its games at the Robert W. Voigt Memorial Field (Stadium 31 complex) located in High Bridge on Route 31 (behind Tuscany Grill). The complex is a professionally constructed baseball field with lights. Weekday games begin at 7PM to allow school team players adequate time to travel, arrive, and play. League play consists of one game during the week and one Saturday game. Sundays can be use for weekday weather make ups.

The date for age determination in all divisions of Little League Baseball (including NHSBL) will be April 30, 2012.

Weather permitting; the season will consist of a 16 game schedule, plus a double elimination playoff.

New players should attend an evaluation session in order to be placed on a team. New player evaluations will be held at the Flemington Baseball Academy in late Feb or early March - 9am to Noon.

We are requesting a parent of every NHSBL player to assist at least one Saturday morning in March for field/concession cleanup and other spring projects to get us ready for the season. Also, every parent will be expected to help run the concession stand and/or prepare/close the field for your home games.

Summer Baseball (after NHSBL regular season)
NHSBL is a competitively chartered Babe Ruth baseball league for players 13 to 15 years old (age as of April 30, 2012). Players must be in the North Hunterdon/Voorhees High School sending district to be eligible to play. Babe Ruth teams formed by age compete in additional tournaments and the Babe Ruth District tournament (similar to Little League) with the intention of advancing to the Babe Ruth World Series. Number, types, and locations of tournaments are based on player/parent desire and commitment.

Babe Ruth teams could play into late July / August depending on desire and success. Babe Ruth teams follow a similar district – state – region progression to a National World Series.

Details will be available from NHSBL.

NHSBL Fall Baseball
With games starting after Labor Day, NHSBL will have a fall league. It will welcome any/all 13-15 year olds. With many NHSL baseball players also turning to school fall teams and activities, there will still be opportunities for all to play some baseball at picturesque Stadium 31. One weekday night game and one Saturday morning/afternoon game will give dedicated football, soccer, and other players a chance to still play some baseball in normally great seasonal weather. 2011’s NHLL 12 year olds will have a chance to play on the “big” field, getting a jump start on the 2012 season. All Spring and Summer players are considered 1 year older for the FALL SEASON. i.e. 12s become 13s, 13s become 14s, etc.
