Scoring:

Competition points are accumulated by wrestlers that place in the top four wrestlers in their bracket. These points are scored on both the team and individual level using the Scoring Chart that is posted on this page. A team may only use the scores of its top ten wrestlers to accumulate points for any one tournament.

At our league tournament, the Road Warrior Classic, we will award a Road Warrior team championship plaque and individual trophies to the top four scorers in both the Open and Novice divisions. Wrestlers that finish in 5th through 25th place in both divisions will receive personalized medals. Standings will be posted on this page throughout the season.

Other Rules

1. Wrestlers who "double bracket" may use ONLY the highest of their two scores for individual and team scoring.

2. Wrestlers may accumulate points in one division only, either open or novice.

Scoring Chart

Team Points:

Team points are accumulated from the top ten wrestlers' points (in both novice & open). These points are added to a team's total after every tournament, rather than being accumulated over the season. This allows any of the wrestlers from a given team to impact their team's score, since the top ten from each team at every tournament contribute to the total.
