SEPA10 is not affiliated with any league. You should consult your baseball insurance requirements before allowing your players to use a bat in SEPA10 that your own league would prohibit. The only SEPA10 restriction is that all youth bats (age 9-12) must be 2 1/4" diameter, BPF 1.15 and marked "Little League Approved".  For ages 13/14, please coordinate with your opponent whether you want wood, BBCOR, Senior or don't care.

Little League Baseball has issued restrictions on the use of composite bats. Babe Ruth's Cal Ripken division has eased off restrictions on the use of composite bats. Babe Ruth (13-15) has adopted the NCAA/NFHS BBCOR standards for all bats in 2012. American Legion in PA has gone to all wood bats (except bamboo and wood composites).
