 2020 REGISTRATION

Click the link above to access the 2020 Registration Form. Complete, Sign, Print and Mail this form along with a check (payable to SRGSL) to P.O. Box. 9615, Santa Rosa, CA 95405. The Registration Fee is $130 if your Player is 9 years or older. $110 if your Player is 8 years old or younger. We offer a $10 Family Discount for each additional Sibling. Please include a copy of your Players Birth Certificate with the Registration Form if your Player is NEW to the Santa Rosa Girls Softball League.
