Spring 2023 Baseball & Softball Registration

Spring is only a few months away! The Spring Rec Baseball & Softball season will be here soon. It's time to register.

The seasons run from early April thru mid-June based on playoff schedules.

Schedule for all divisions EXCEPT T-BALL include a weeknight game, a Saturday game and one practice per week.  Additional practices may be scheduled as a make-up for a postponed practice due to weather or field conditions.  Weeknight games start at 5:45pm in April and 6pm in May and June.

T-Ball plays one game per week on Saturdays and has one practice per week.

All practices days, times and locations are subject to coaches’ and field availability.

Every effort is made to fulfill parent/player requests for specific team placement and to place players on teams that practice at a field near where players live.

Baseball age groups 11/12, 13/14 and 15/18 and all Softball teams play in the Alliance league comprised of other Howard County leagues.  Travel to other parts of Howard County may be required.

Registration is through Howard County Rec & Parks.  Registration link is below.  Age determination date is April 30th, 2023.

T-Ball (4-6 year olds, coed) - $125
Baseball & Softball 6+ - $205
 
Family Discounts
Not available through online registration – must call or mail your form for discount
$20 for the first sibling; $40 for additional

Registration fees include uniform jersey and hats or visor (for softball).
Players are required to provide their own baseball pants (grey), gloves and protective gear (cup/jock strap).

Players may use their own helmets, bats, cleats however please click here for Age Group Specific Rules prior to purchasing equipment.
