    2. Any current Pop Warner Family that refers in a new family will receive a $25 referral bonus per new family referred in. (This bonus is based on a family and not per child from that family).  The referral bonus credit will be issued to the referring family after the NEW registrant has completed the CERTIFICATION process;  no referral bonuses will be credited at registration.  The referral bonus will not exceed the current Pop Warner Family's total registration cost.

Example:  If the current Pop Warner family's registration cost is $75 and they refer in four new families, they will only receive credit for three families.  The new family will still receive their discount.

    3. At the time of registration the New Family must indicate the name of the current Pop Warner Family that referred them to the program on the Registration Form.

    4. At the time of registration the referring Pop Warner Family must verify that the family they referred in has done so and then sign off on the referral form to receive their referral bonus credit.
