Coaches Card Application can also be done on-line by clicking here. Background checks will be completed for EVERY coach before a coaches card will be granted. The coaches card applications are held in confidence within a secure location. All applications will be destroyed after a certain time period to keep security maximized for all individuals involved with this process .
This information can be turned in during a scheduled General Membership meeting to obtain a Coaches Card or go the convenientonline application to reduce time involved at General Membership Meetings.
All managers and coaches who will be on the field during a game must have a coaches card.
Cost of the card is $25.

Player Status Report
This form must be turned into your Division Representative at the beginning of the season. Must be turned in no later than the February 7, 2013 meeting. Not needed by competitive division teams.

This form needs to be approved by division rep, League President and then approved by the Parks and Rec Dept.
Freeze Slips must be completed by all Participation Division Coaches and turned into their Division Representative by the required deadline listed below. Freezes not turned in will have those players re-enter the draft, so it is important to have them turned in on the first meeting in March, before our League Draft.
This years deadline is March 7, 2013 meeting. Remember you can lose your players you want to freeze if this form is not turned in.
BSB Rules Change Form
A rules committee is formed every other year during the fall of even numbered years. This committee is headed by the League Vice President. The committee is formed with members of the league who carry an approved Coaches Card. However, any potential change in the rules, may be brought forward by any concerned or interested party. The request for change must be made using the BSB Rules Change Form. Once filled out, the form may be forwarded to the Vice President, to your division rep or delivered in person to the pre-announced rules committee meeting. (See Calendar of Events)
