Club Development
The City has two Club Development Officers who are committed to assist Edinburgh Clubs develop.
Edinburgh Leisure are primarly involved in developing clubs that use their facilities whereas the City of Edinburgh Council have a wider remit.
Areas of assistance include:
- advice and assistance in applying for funding
- advice on club development plans
- assistance on accessing facilities
- advice and support on Child Protection issues
- assistance with coach/volunteer development
- advice and templates on club policies & procedures i.e. Equity, Child Protection, Disciplinary procedures, Codes of Conduct etc
