You must have cookies enabled to fill out forms or to download materials. To enable cookies in Microsoft Explorer for "exclusive" access for the CYFDTA web site:
1. Select "Control Panel" from the "Start Menu"
2. Select "Internet Options" from the "Control Panel"
3. Select the "Privacy" tab at the top.
4. Click on "Sites..."
5. Review the list of sites and make sure that:
cyfdta.com
leaguelineup.com
are not listed. If they are listed, click on the site and then click on the "Remove" button. Note: You must do each site individually.
6. If the above sites are not listed, then add these two sites in the "Address of Web Site" and select "Allow". Note: You must do each site individually.
7. Select "OK" on this screen and the next screen.
