How far do Dublin Travel Baseball teams travel?
Dublin Travel baseball teams primarily play in Central Ohio. Half of all league games are played at Darree Park in Dublin. The remaining league games are usually played inside or near the I-270 outerbelt. Teams from Mansfield, Marion, or Newark sometimes play in Central Ohio leagues requiring Dublin teams to occasionally travel about an hour for league games. The number of teams at this longer distance of travel varies. There are typically fewer of these teams at the younger ages.
Dublin Travel teams can play in local qualifying tournaments, State Championship tournaments, and National World Series tournaments. Qualifying tournaments and State Championship tournaments can be local or anywhere in Ohio, while National World Series are usually out of State.
Dublin host two tournaments:
* The Dublin Early Bird Classic in April
* The Wayne Williams Dublin Memorial Tournament in May
