ABOUT COLLEGE BOUND ACADEMY
Launched in May, 2008, College Bound Academy is an athletic training effort designed to assist serious student-athletes interested in competing at the collegiate level. Our program is for student-athletes who understand that sacrifice and hard work will make them stronger competitors both in the athletic game of their choice as well as in the game of life. There is always room for improvement, even for the very best athletes in the world. This philosophy is echoed in the no nonsense atmosphere at College Bound Academy. Our student-athletes study hard, work hard and train hard, achieving great results. College Bound Academy provides athletic skills training and development as well as academic support and counseling. College Bound Academy works directly with college coaches throughout the United States to ensure exposure of our student-athletes to the athletic scholarship decision makers.
College Bound Academy is focused on serving student-athletes in the Antelope Valley area of Southern California and has assisted 4 student-athletes from the Antelope Valley to secure college scholarships, Shaun Johnson (Antelope Valley Christian to Montana State), Justin Haynes (Palmdale HS to SMU), Krys Faber (Ribet Academy to DePaul) and Paul George (Knight HS to Fresno State).
College Bound Academy is currently inactive due to budget cuts.
