RULES & INFORMATION FOR KIRKBY BENTINCK
. ALCOHOL is NOT allowed on any touchline in the interests of Health & Safety and the Safeguarding of Children.
. FUNDRAISING by individual Clubs/Teams is not permitted on any KicKStart site on match days.
. PHOTOGRAPHY or FILMING is not permitted on any KicKStart site without the consent of the Managers and Parents of your opposition and without obtaining a 'Photo Pass' from Football Reception. A pass will not be issued unless you hold an CRB Enhanced Disclosure obtained from the FA Media Group which you will need to provide.
Football Reception is located in the green Porto Cabin.
· Car Parking is available on the ground. Please drive through to the grassed area first before using the tarmac, to allow the best possible use of space available. There are parking spaces marked out both on the grass and the tarmac. Please use these and do not park where there is an arrow and it clearly states KEEP CLEAR. I can guarantee that if you observe these instructions, you will not get blocked in. Can we respectfully request that you use on-site parking whenever possible to minimise complaints from residents, but if you find it necessary to park on the surrounding roadside can you please make sure that you do not block any driveways? Before you leave your car please ask yourself, would it cause you a problem with access if it was parked outside your home?
· Changing rooms are at a minimum and children are encouraged to arrive ready to play wherever possible. There are facilities on site, but these are limited. Please ask Cheryl or Ian if you require anymore information.
· Toilets are available in the Welfare and the 'Cross Bar'.
· Please advise children to remove their football boots before entering the above.
· Hot food is available from the Burger Van and hot and cold drinks and a 'Tuck Shop' are located in the ‘Cross Bar’ all day.
· Alcohol may be taken outside but not beyond the patio area of the ‘Cross Bar’.
PLEASE NOTE - KIRKBY BENTINCK TRUSTEES DO NOT ALLOW ANY DOGS ON SITE.
Because Bentinck is so close to residential property and to prevent any cause for complaints this season, there are just a few more do and don’ts I need to point out on this site only, which caused disturbance last year.
· Please use the litterbins provided.
· Please do not allow children to kick balls at fences or to retrieve footballs if they go over the residential fencing surrounding the site. Residents have assured us they will throw them back as soon as possible.
· Please do not allow your children to urinate in the hedges. This is totally unacceptable and anti social.
THE PITCHES HAVE BEEN MOVED NEARER TO THE WELFARE THIS SEASON FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AND TO HELP REDUCE NOISE LEVELS AND ALLEGED NUISANCE FOR RESIDENTS.
MANAGEMENT, PLAYERS, PARENTS & SPECTATORS ARE ASKED TO RESPECT THESE RULES AT ALL TIMES. THANK YOU.
