Philosophy
Our coaching staff promotes individual improvement in each of the 4 competitive strokes. Our goal is to provide a challenging workout with positive reinforcement. We strongly believe that when individuals feel good about themselves, care about their team and teammates, have fun, improve their times, a winning team is the result. Every practice we will work with the swimmers on their strokes, starts and turns. Our goal is to have them realize we are all different and together we form a wonderful team that supports each other.
Code of Conduct
Sportsmanship is very important to the Monarchs. We have a no-tolerance policy when it comes to poor sportsmanship and bullying. Please keep the following rules in mind and you shouldn't have a problem.
1. I will treat myself with respect.
2. I will treat my teammates with respect.
3. I will treat all volunteers, officials, coaches, host clubs and the opposing team with respect
4. When in doubt, in any given situation, refer to #1 (because in reality that covers everything)
