The Okanagan Masters Swim Club is hosting the 7^th annual Kelowna Apple Open Water Swim Races and OW Clinic  August 16^th and 17^th. 
This is a FINA rules competition (i.e. no wetsuit) in warm and safe waters of Okanagan Lake. 
It is the perfect venue to introduce age group, masters and triathletes to OW swimming. 
This year, Richard Weinberger¸Canada’s First Olympic Medallist in OW Swimming will be one of the coaches for the OW Clinic. 
This clinic will be free for age group swimmers 12-17 years of age who are registered in one of the races (1500 m or 5 KM). 
Masters/Triathletes pay $10.00 if registered in one of the races.
