About MNM Baton Troupe
The MNM Baton Troupe is the schools performance and competition group. The troupe is comprised of beginner to elite competitive twirlers who train intensely to compete locally, nationally, and internationally. Our school trains some of the most highly regarded athletes in Manitoba and Canada. Awards include numerous gold medals from National Championships and has been chosen to represent Canada at the World Baton Twirling Championships. In order to perform at our high caliber, our Baton Troupe training program includes dance and gymnastics training.
Training & Eligibility
Members of the Magic 'N Motion Baton Troupe must have a high commitment to the group both by the twirler and the parents. They will train two to three days per week plus additional ballet, jazz, and acro classes. Twirlers in group events must also commit to travel to nationals in the beginning of July. Training for nationals takes place in the month of June 5 days per week. If you are interested in being part of an elite competitive team, then the MNM Baton Troupe may be right for you. For more information on Baton Troupe, please contact Ms. Jennifer (artistic director).
