Signs ups for the 2011 season of McAdenville Dolphins football & cheer!

Costs:
Football ~ $80
Cheer ~ $40 (plus uniform)
$10 multi-child discount...applied to each additional sibling....must be in same family

Paperwork required:
-MAC participation form
-Pop Warner Consent form
-Pop Warner Phyical form (can be done at your doctor's office, the health dept or phycisal day in McAdenville - date TBA)
-Original birth certificate (must have raised seal - this is a Pop Warner rule)
-2010/2011 Report card showing all marking period grades (the final one you get at the end of the year)

All forms are located under "Handouts" in the left side menu.  You can fill out the all the forms and mail all paperwork to us along with a check to our PO Box or you can turn in at early sign-ups. Or you can scan & email them to mcadendolphins@yahoo.com

Some important rules for games:

There is a gate fee at every game whether it be home and away.  Normally $4 for adults, $3 for students & 4 & under free.  Play off & Bowl games generally are a bit more.
These are Pop Warner rules not the individual team's rules.  There will be times when we will have teams traveling to different fields and where parents/fans may be attending games at more than one field on game day.  If this happens to your team you may be required to pay at each field...this is left up to each organization.  Our Board has decided if we have a home game and one team is playing at another location you won't have to pay to get into our game.
 

Players, cheerleaders, coaches and team moms are free.  Coaches & team moms will need to show their badges.

No outside drinks or snacks are allowed into any field. This is a fundraising event for each organization and how they earn money.  Please respect this rule.
 
Important Rules

 
Parking:
There is no parking in the YMCA designated parking areas on Park drive or in front of the Community Center. These spots are reserved for YMCA members and we must be attentive to this. You can park up by the concession stand, down by the new practice field and behind the church. 
    

YMCA:
While we are using the gym for cheerleading we all should be aware that the YMCA will still be having their activities going on up in the ballroom and in the fitness room. Let’s be respectful of this and keep these areas off limits to everyone.  All water to drink in gym.

Absolutely no cleats allowed in the gym.
 
Pharr Yarns:
There is no smoking anywhere on Pharr properties. You’ll see the post signs around the properties and they want us to acknowledge this rule. This includes the stands, fields, parking areas. If you have the need to smoke then go back inside your car. 
 
Trash:
At the end of the night please take your trash with you and dispose of it in the trash cans. We don’t have anyone picking up the trash up for us so let's work together. This will help us be ready for the next night.
 

Parents:
Please stay up in the stands. No parents are allowed on the field or mats unless requested by a coach. Give your child water through out the day. This way they’ll stay hydrated better. We’ll provide water for water breaks. Cheerleaders - please bring water. Water is the only thing allowed in the gym.
