Club Spokane is a select 13U baseball team that trains out of the Spokane Valley. The Outlaws begin training each year with a try-out in August and begin the season in November playing through July. We play in a dozen or so tournaments throughout the season with some non-league games added as well. With so many games per season, we expect 100% commitment from our players and families. All of our boys are also encouraged to participate in other sports, encouraging two and three sport athletes.
I started this team after 9 years of coaching teams from the ages of 5-High School. I decided to start Club Spokane Baseball because I felt there was more to offer than the level of competition that local leagues were providing. I wanted to create a team where every player was expected to give 100% and be held accountable for their play. This is our second year as Club Spokane. We started in 2005 and had a second place and first place finish in consecutive years in the local Pony Baseball League.
The Mission of Club Spokane Baseball is to provide top-notch baseball instruction in a challenging and positive environment. Through our progressive programs, Outlaw Baseball is dedicated to providing the very best baseball experience for all our players. Our ultimate objective is victory on-and-off the field, the fruits of which are shared by all of the Outlaw players, families and coaches.
I'm a firm, but fair coach that strives to make every player bigger, better and stronger each season. I believe in fundamental baseball and the fact that you need to be mentally strong to be successful in this sport. This is not a team that accepts excuses or mediocrity. Each player understands that winning is an attitude, it’s how you play the game not the end result. You will not find a team or coaching staff that loves the game of baseball and believes in the highest level of sportsmanship more than the Outlaws. We believe in the core Outlaw values of Sportsmanship, dedication, commitment and hard work. We simply do things "The Outlaw Way"!
