Saturday night is our first home game against La Crescent at 5:30pm. Please have your player dressed & ready to go by 5:00pm. This gives the players a chance to relax & the coaches can do some chalk-talk.
Sunday's noon game is also at home at 12:00/noon against Viroqua. Please have your player dressed & ready to go by 11:30am.
Please bring both colored jerseys to every game and plan to wear black socks for all games.
We have 5 volunteer positions to fill for each of the games. Three of these positions are up in the press box. These positions include the announcer, scoreboard/time person and scorekeeper. We will be sure to have someone with experience in the box with you the first few times you do this. Keep in mind that the press box is heated and they are the best seats in the house!
Our other two positions are in the penalty boxes. We need one person in each box. Your job is to open the door for a player who gets a penalty. You then open the door to release him back to the ice once he time has been served. These boxes are not heated, but are a fun spot to watch the game from.
Please email me if you have a preference as to a specific position. I will be asking for volunteers both Saturday & Sunday for the positions that have not been spoken for. Thank you so much for helping to make this season great.
Picture day is next Monday (16th) right before our practice, starting at 5pm. I will give you your picture order form on Saturday. Be sure to dress your player in his/her black jersey & socks for pictures. See you all Saturday.
