MINI MITE, MITE AND SQUIRT
2008 AGE GROUPS
Mini Mite born 2000-2001 - Coach Pitch - 7 or 8 players per team - only infield positions, no outfield - more at bats per game - any ball hit to the grass is a home run- exciting and no more watching kids pick daisies in the outfield. 2006 experiment was a hit!
Mite born 1998-1999 - Part player pitch part coach pitch - 9 or 10 players per team. Only infield positions but with an added rover and no automatic home run.
For 2008 Mini Mite will remain as in house division and will not be part of MGSA loop. Mite will now join MGSA loop.
Squirt born 1996-1997- full rosters and positions- player pitch. Limited base stealing. Squirt teams will be part of MGSA loop.
