    2009 Registration Form

    Swimmers will need to bring 2 tennis balls to every practice, along with their other required items. Please remember to bring your sun screen and water bottle.

    Practice times are as follows:

    Senior group (high school age)


    • Poolside: 7:45 AM (assist set up)
    • 8:00-9:00 AM
    • 9:30, dryland Monday through Friday


    Junior group (approx. 9-13)

    • 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Monday through Friday


    Cadet group (8 and under)

    • 9:45 AM - 10:30 AM Monday through Thursday
