2010 Registration Information
**** REGISTRATION for 2010 on the following (4) Dates****
SATURDAYS: 10/10, 10/17, 10/24 ~ 3-5PM - Tyngsboro Indoor Sports Center
THURSDAY, October 29th - 6:30 - 8:00pm Tyngsboro Middle School Cafeteria
Please NOTE: Registrations will be accepted on a FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE basis. Registrations for each team will be capped at 20 per team, with the reminders placed on a waiting list. Registrations can also be mailed to: Tyngsboro Youth Lacrosse, PO Box 723, Tyngsboro, MA 01879. Must be stamp marked no later than Saturday, October 24th.
Late Fee & Refund Policy: There will be NO late fee for the 2010 season, HOWEVER, please note that any registrations received after our last registration on 10/29/09 will be responsible for obtaining the required $25.00 US Lacrosse Number on their own at www.uslacrosse.org. (For registrations rec'd ON TIME on or before 10/29, TYLA will obtain the US Lacrosse number and include the cost in your registration fee.) No refunds are available on TYLA registration fees.
SIBLING DISCOUNT Please deduct $15 from each additional sibling registration.

U15 - (7th & 8th Grade)

U9 - (K-2 Grade)
FEE for U9 Team only: $100.00
