This web site service is a tremendous tool to communicate to your parents. We have used it in the past, and it has become a very important tool for us. The site is very user friendly, and it is absolutely FREE. Here are some of the benefits of the site:

Concession Duty
Attention all Managers:
It is your responsibility to Check for Scheduled coverage for concession stand duty for your team. Ensure you have parents present to cover your shift. The penalty for missing concession duty will the be a forfeit of your next game.
Concession Schedule is located on the Concession Duty Calendar.
Note: Each team must supply (4) persons at all times during concession duty. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.

Score Keeper
Each team will be asked to appoint at least two people as the team's score keepers. A clinic will be held at our fields for anyone interested in learning to keep score. Please check with a board member to date and time of the clinic.
