Carolina Jazz Basketball (CJB) is a South Carolina non-profit corporation. On August 10, 2010, CJB applied for 501- C - 3 tax-exemption recognition by the Internal Revenue Service. CJB was incorporated on July 13, 2010, by Mr. James B. Wilson. Mr. Wilson serves as its president and chief operating officer. CJB has been the dream of Mr. Wilson for several years. He is committed to developing an organization that responds to the spiritual, academic, social, moral, life skills and athletic (basketball) skills of young boys and girls. CJB is that organization.
