John Tanner Memorial Youth Coach Award

John Tanner (August 5, 1972 - July 8, 1998)

Started in 2002 through 2021 This award goes to a Centertown Youth League Coach in memory of John Tanner. John played youth league softball here at Centertown for 9 years and then coaching a youth league team here for 7 years. John played adult softball for 6 years. John, had a big heart for the kids of this community and care a lot for the youth league and all the kids that play here. John passed away in a car accident in the year of 1998 at the age of 25 right after the youth league season was completed.

Started the year 2022 This award rename John Tanner Memorial Coach Award goes to a Centertown Head Coach in the upper divisions as; Junior and Senior League Teams
