Dofasco Minor Hockey Select Hockey Program 2019-2020
We're pleased to announce that the DMHL will be offering the Select level hockey program for the upcoming 2019-2020 season.
While House League is our primary focus, Select is an extension of this and allows our House League players to play in a slightly higher level of competition. All divisions are non-contact.

About the Select Hockey Program
The Select hockey program is open to any DMHL registered House League player (Novice through Midget Divisions).
Once Head Coaches are announced, there will be 3 tryouts for each team that take place in October/November
The cost of the Select program is approximately $600 - $700 depending on the number of games and tournaments that each team commits to (Note: Max 4 tournaments/year which includes the DMHL Select Tournament February 7th -9th 2020). This fee will be set prior to tryouts by the DMHL executive. No fundraising is allowed. Player fees cover all on-ice expenses for the season.
Games are generally played against teams close to Hamilton, however, some games could require limited travel and normally there is one tournament that is out of town. The Select season schedule will cover practices and home games. There will be additional away games booked by each division's Team Manager, and generally each team that comes to play at the Dofasco Recreation Center will also host the Steelhawks for a game at their home rink.

Bantam (Birth Year: 2005, 2006)
