The schedule for the 2009 RVL Championship will be as follows:

Thursday, August 13th - Burlington vs. Cinnaminson @ 7:30pm (if necessary)

All games will be held at Southampton Memorial Field.

RVL Finals
The RVL finals between the winner of the Delran-Cinnaminson series and Burlington will begin on Tuesday, August 11th. Game 2 of the series will be on Wednesday with the series finale (if necessary) on Thursday, August 13th. All games will be held at Southampton Memorial Field starting at 7:30pm.

All RVL playoff games scheduled for Sunday, August 2nd, have been postponed due to inclement weather. The games have been rescheduled for Monday and Tuesday at Southampton Memorial Field as follows:

The Rancocas Valley League selected its two winners of the 2009 RVL Scholarships and announced the winners prior to the final opening round playoff game on Saturday. Cinnaminson's Frank Sirolli (pictured left) was presented with one RVL Scholarship in memory of former Cinnaminson player Jason Siddell. Pemberton's Ron Krankowski (pictured right) was presented with the other RVL Scholarship in memory of former Willingboro player Alvin Townsend.

HR Derby Rules
The Rancocas Valley League will hold a Home Run Derby on Friday, July 31st at Southampton Memorial Field starting at 7pm. All current and former RVL players are eligible to participate. The registration fee is $30 and all proceeds will benefit the 2009 RVL Scholarship Fund. Registration period begins at 6:30pm. Applications for Rancocas Valley League Baseball Scholarship in memory of Jason Siddell and Alvin Townsend are now available. A total of two $500 scholarships will be awarded. Any RVL player who will be attending college during the next academic year is eligible to apply. See the attached document for the specific criteria. All application materials must be received by July 24th, 2009, to be considered. The awards will be given on Saturday, August 1st during the opening day of the RVL playoffs. The RVL will hold its 5th Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, June 12th, 2009, at the Rancocas Country Club in Willingboro, NJ. Tee time will begin at 1pm. The $100 donation includes a round of golf with a cart and lunch buffet/beverages.

The tournament will follow a scramble format. Prizes will be awarded to the top three foursomes. Additional prizes include: "Closet to the Pin" and "Longest Drive". The registration form can be accessed via the link and can also be found under "RVL Forms".
