Practice Schedule
Fall Practices
Tuesdays: practice 6-8:30pm
Thursdays: practice 6-8:30pm
All practices include a 30 min. tumbling session that is a paid part of your Stars bill. (Just like cheer practice, if you miss there will not be a "make-up session")
If you are tumbling on other nights that will be "in addition to" what you do for practice, payment arrangements should be made with Kathy (be sure to remind her - you get a discount!)

Please follow these practice uniform guidelines. If you do not have the correct uniform on there will be consequences.
Practice Uniform - Tues. Black shorts/ black tank top
Thurs. black t-shirt and blue shorts.
We will use the white shirt for some performances or parades.
Make sure to have cheer shoes and socks on at all practices.
Hair must be up off your neck and face.
If for some reason you do not have the appropriate uniform, please wear something similar.

Blizzard Team Parent volunteers
The Blizzard team parent will be Shannon Volfson, she will assist us in getting messages to all of you, planning the spirit gifts, and planning team bonding events. Blizzard's team safety coordinator will also be Shannon Volfson, she will help me get all the girls to the practice area on time and pick them up from the floor to make sure we don't lose anyone. She will also have a First Aid bag with her at all times during competitions and events.

Remember you can check the competition link for updates on general information, admission, parking fees, directions, etc. for each competition. I update the competition page ANY time I recieve new info about a competition!
Reserve hotel rooms for upcoming competitions - - it is EASY to cancel a reserved room - it is DIFFICULT to find a room at the last minute and RARE that you can still get it as cheap as the people who reserved them early!

Tumbling Info.
Make sure everyone is taking at LEAST one hour per week of tumbling!
If you are NOT enrolled in at least one week of tumbling with Tumble Time, you are NOT allowed to use her equipment due to liablity!

Fees
2009/2010 BLIZZARD GOAL AMOUNTS
June 15th - $600
August 15th - $600
October 15th - $500
December 15th - $500
February 15th - $145
--This money covers ALL team fees, coaching fees, gym fees, 1hr. tumbling/wk, choreography, camp, competition entry fees, end of the season party, and more!
--This money does NOT cover:
*extra apparel - tshirts, shorts, warm-ups, & shoes
*hotel or travel expenses - these vary and are the parent's responsibility
***tumbling included in your 2009/2010 bill will run from June to March. Any tumbling taken after March (or in addition to team tumbling times) will need to be paid directly to Kathy.***

**Payments are due on your designated goal date. If you cannot make this date, please call the office for arrangements. Also, please mail payments in enough time to arrive for your due date if you are unable to make it to the office during office hours.
