The Shockers 10U division is hoping to fill out rosters for two teams. The first team will play in a fall league. Please contact Randy Sparks (291-1846) if you are interested in participating but have not already attended a tryout.
For girls that have been contacted about their selection to play on one of the two 10U Shocker teams: Registrations will be held at the Lied Center Sun Aug 2 from 2-4:30; Mon 3 Aug from 5-7; Tues 4 Aug from 6-8; and Sat 8 Aug from 9-11. Players and parents must attend and register one of these dates or coordinate other arrangements to commit to the Shockers. A committment fee of $200 is due at registration. This goes toward an overall fee of $350. Two remaining installments of $75 each are due Oct 1 and Dec 1. Uniforms costs will also be required but not until Spring ball. A copy of the girl's birth certificate is due at registration.
For fall ball, games will likely be on Mondays at 6:20 and 7PM for about 7 weeks beginning late Aug. Practices days/times/locations have not yet been determined. The fall team (with invites to players on both teams) will likely participate in 1-2 camps and team building activities in addition to practices and games.
Note to 10U Bolts families: To fairly accomodate two 10U Shocker teams, we are currently unable to keep all the players from the Bolts team together. Every effort was made to keep both teams competitively balanced while maintaining family preferences.
