Fundraisers are NOT mandatory and you are not under any obligation to participate. Remember, you do need to raise your seasonal dues or you will have to pay the remaining balance on August 15th.

One year we had a cheer mom pay her cheer bill with the sponsor sheet attached. She asked family, friends, and co-workers for donations.

Car Wash Date: TBD The squad may have another car wash soon at El Camino High School (Contact is Vena McLean)
This year the carwash will NOT be with another team.

Kids Cheer Clinic Date: Oct 2008 and Jan 2009
The girls/guys will do most of the work. We had 42 kids and made over $500.00 profit. The squad signs up for certain tasks and shows up on a Saturday to teach the kids the cheer/dance. Then the following week the kids and squad perform at a football or basketball home game half time. The only thing parents will have to do on this one is spread the word.

Raley’s or Bel Air Your cards have been activated
Use your Quality of Life Card for our paperless scrip program. Your card will be registered with El Camino Cheer. Swipe the card when you shop for groceries and a percentage will be given to the team. The cards have a unique number so the money you earn will be credited to your Cheer account.
EZ Gourmet products We might have another fundraiser in September we can vote in August.
Cinnamon Rolls, Brownies, Pumpkin Rolls. Pizza, Cookie Dough, Apple Dumplings, Éclairs and Cheesecakes these products sell for $14.00.

Everything is donated by Emigh’s hardware. The fundraiser is based on tips for two days. This year we made over $600.00 in tips. This event is from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The girls/guys will scoop ice cream for tips. Plus each cheerleader receives $20.00
