Bruce Ash
CVHS Baseball Trainer
Baseball Experience: 30th year
Program Experience: 9th season
Comments: Bruce is beginning his 9th year as the trainer for the Central Valley Baseball Program. He has done an exceptional job in creating great workouts and rehabilitation programs for injured players. In addition, Bruce does a tremendous job at keeping players healthy. We want to thank Maxim Physical Therapy and Steve Westlake who work in conjunction with Bruce to keep our athletes well and on the field. He is a major asset to the quality of the Central Valley Baseball program.
Bruce has a lot of major accomplishments, but the one he is most proud of is his work with the Lions Club and athletics. Bruce is the only in the north state to have the opportunity to have worked as a trainer at all three "major sports" Lions All Star games. He has be involved with three Lions Football, one Basketball, and three Lions baseball contest during his great career. Bruce lives in Redding with his lovely wife Pam.

Program Experience: 3rd season
Comments: Matt is beginning his 3rd season with the Central Valley Baseball Program. Matt has been instrumental in helping coach Anderson begin the website you're currently viewing. In addition, Matt upload much of the information that you see displayed. Matt will also continue his work in "Webcasting" all Varsity Falcon Baseball games. Matt started this last season with a webcast and has added both video and an audio play-by-play to the broadcast.
Matt has done magical things for our program. As a freshman, Matt was honored as the CVHS AVID Student of the Year. He has helped not only Central valley High School, but the gateway Unified School District in adding technological advances that others don't have. Matt is a great asset to our program. From all of the people involved...THANK YOU MATT!
