2009 Calendar of Events (Tentative, subject to change)
June 27 - Mini Camp/pre season registration @ Central Park 10:00am
July 25 - Mini-Camp/Preseason Registration @ Central Park
9:00am – 12:00pm (mini-camp starts at 10:00am)
July 26 Mandatory Annual Coaches Meeting @ Showplace Lanes 1:00pm
(Information Packets & Footballs will be distributed)
August 1 - Mandatory Coaches Clinic – 9:00am Williams Stadium
(All Head Coaches MUST Attend)
August 8 - Mini-Camp/Preseason Registration @ Central Park
9:00am – 12:00pm (mini-camp starts at 10:00am)
August 10 – First Day of practice – Shorts, T-Shirts and Helmets Only ( Limited to 3 Practices this week )
August 16 – Team Registration Turn in 1pm-3pm Central Park Field House
August 17 – Firstday to practice in Pads
August 23 – Team Registration turn in (Coach or Team rep only) 1-3pm @ Central Park Field House.
August 29 - Official Weigh- in Location TBA. ALL PLAYERS MUST ATTEND! Refer to Hand out for Scheduled Times. weigh in will be at Holford Park recreation Center. Game Jersey pick up for Flag & 3rd grade teams. "Coaches Only"
August 30 - Game Jersey Pick-Up for 4th – 6th grade teams Coaches ONLY (see hand out for scheduled times) Central Park Field House.
September 3 – Team Registration turn in (Coach or Team rep only) 6:30pm @ Central Park Field House. Additional weigh in
September 5 – Opening Day – Games Begin
September 10 – LAST DAY to add new players to official roster. Weigh in and final money/registration turn in. ALL registrations must be turned in, ALL players weighed and paid by this date. "NO EXCEPTIONS"
November 7 – First round Play-Off Games (entry fee for spectators)
November 14 – Second Round Play-Off Games ( entry fee for spectators)
November 21 – TURKEY BOWL GAMES (entry fee for spectators)
January 13, 2009 - Annual meeting and officer Elections
