Please bring the following items to sign up:
1. $110 check made out to HAACH for Fundraising Deposit.
(will be returned when fundraising obligation is completed)
2. Medical insurance and doctor information
3. Method of payment for registration fees - HAACH accepts cash, check, Mastercard or Visa.
HAACH Registration Refund Policy:
If an athlete decides not to participate in a HAACH sport after paying registration fees our refund policy is as follows:
Athlete quits the team between Sign Up and the first practice: registration fee back minus a $25 administration fee
Athlete quits the team during the First Week of practices: 50% of his/her registration fee back
Athlete quits the team during the second week of practices: 25% of his/her registration fee back
If an athlete quits the team after the second week of practices there is NO refund.*
((*If the athlete is facing an unforeseen medical situation less than two weeks into the season (beginning of season is defined as the first game played by the team), HAACH will refund to the athlete all but the athlete's individual insurance cost and a $25 administration fee.))
