Letter to Potential Sponsors
The 2012 football season marks the 41st anniversary of Little League Football for the Ivy Hill Saints.
Built on the tradition of America’s favorite sport, the success of the Ivy Hill Youth Association is attributed to the dedication of our families, the many volunteers who donate their time and talents, and the generous contributions of our sponsors.
As a non-profit organization, we are continually looking for ways to generate funds to offset our expenses to operate the organization and assist families in need. This year we are instituting several continuing sponsorship options. Your sponsorship will support maintaining our playing field, purchasing required equipment and uniforms, as well as subsidizing registration fees for over 200 young athletes and their families who are a part of our organization.
As a sponsor, your tax-deductible contribution will enable our tradition to continue, while generating visibility and goodwill among the many neighboring residents who patronize your businesses. This year we are offering several sponsorship options, which we hope meet your organization’s economic and charitable goals. A description of sponsorship options along with an application is attached for your convenience.
