WE HOLD SPOTS 2 WAYS:
1) Guarantee Hold: If you hold a spot by using a $50 deposit with cash, check or credit card you will be guarnteed a spot.
2) Firm Hold: You can call and hold a spot but can be bumped if a team with a deposit calls.
We do have waiting lists!
If you have a deposit and call the Friday before the event and need to cancel then your deposit is returned. If you call the week of the event and we find a team to replace you then your depost is returned. If you call the week of the event and we cannot find a team to replace you we keep the deposit.
If you do not have a deposit and cancel at any time and do not show at all then it will be mandatory for you and your team to place a deposit the next time. All reserved spots you may have will be erased unless you can place a deposit.
