Merchants Ranked 3rd
The Kenosha Post 21 Merchants were ranked third in the first state poll of American Legion Baseball teams in Wisconsin, receiving their first-ever first place vote.
DePere Post 230, the reigning state champion and qualifier for the national Legion World Series in 2008, was ranked first. Other teams from the Merchants' district to make the rankings were Genoa City Post 183, Janesville Post 205 and Beloit Post 48.

Merchants Move Up A Notch
The Kenosha Post 21 Merchants moved up a notch in the latest Wisconsin American Legion Baseball Association poll, attaining their highest ranking ever at No. 2 with a total of 67 points.
DePere Post 230 maintained the No. 1 spot with all eight first place votes and 80 points.
