Kelly Post Lacrosse is the lacrosse program sponsored by the Towson Rec Council (TRC).  You may visit the TRC web site by selecting from the sidebar menu on the left of the screen.  TRC is certified by the Baltimore County Department of Parks and Rec. and offers sports, dance and fitness programs to the community of Towson, MD.  Both Kelly Post Lacrosse and TRC are non-profit organizations run by volunteers.

 

Kelly Post is thought to be the oldest lacrosse program in the United States.  (See "Why Kelly Post?" on side menu.)

 

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive lacrosse program for girls, that will promote a love of the game and improved self-confidence.  We take players at all skill levels; from beginners to players who eventually play at a collegiate level.  For more information on our Spring program, click on the menu sidebar.
