Important Dates

1).New Parent night Thursdays March 8 7pm Oak Lawn high school—Gym 10  

 2). Special events: Wednesday March 21 7pm Oakview

  3). Team Person: Thursday March 22 7 pm Oakview   

   4). Picture Day: Saturday April 21 / Richards High School.

   5). Parade day: Sunday April 29.

    6). Usual First day of practice: April 1^st--- If the weather is nice / you can go early.

      7). Thunderbolt night: Friday June 22.

      d). Dicks Day / Orland. To be determined.

Old Business:

1). Sac Schedule for 2012.—Please touch base with John Attig before you make your schedule --- I would like to have more of the lower levels play at Sac, during the week but especially on the weekends!!

2). Sponsorship: Overview / Bill Christian—we need more sponsors!!!

     a). Webb Chevy / Raffle tickets

3). VP / Points for 2012.—please take a roster form / points sheet and pass to your managers.

4). Clinics: I just received the gym time from the high school yesterday – I will contact each VP and discuss their clinic – most may be on Saturdays starting March 10^th.

5). Update on Oak Lawn High School.—waiting for reply from the high school.

6). Back ground forms: I will email new forms from our attorney by the end of the week.
