BOARD MEMBERSHIP
Our board is made up of parents just like you. We work very hard all year long to make our season a great one for every child involved. Our team would not be where it is today if our past board members had not worked so hard. I personally am very grateful to them, because they have made my job easier. Being a volunteer in this organization is very rewarding, because you see the results of your efforts all around you. I sincerely hope that you would consider becoming a board member next year. The President and Treasurer positions are 2 year terms. All other positions are one year terms. Please carefully review all the descriptions below and let one of our board members know sometime during the year if you would like to become a member. We will hold our elections at our Banquet at the end of the year. If you have any questions about any position, please feel free to ask any board member, and they will help you.

President
President: Two year term. Shall reside at all meetings and have a general supervision of the affairs of the club. Must attend all conference meetings, schedule monthly board meetings, have and adhere to board meeting agenda and be at each meeting at designated time. The President shall delegate responsibilities and assure that they are fulfilled.
Vice-President: Shall assume the duties of the President in his/her absence. Oversee all other positions other than President. If VP cannot resolve problems, then it will be escalated to the President.
Secretary: The Secretary shall keep the records of the meeting, maintain a complete membership Roster and attend to the necessary correspondence of the club. The Secretary will assume the duties of the President in the absense of the President and the Executive Vice President.
Treasurer: Two Year Term; The Treasurer shall be custodian of the Club's funds which are to be kept on deposit as either a checking and/or saving account with a financial institution approved by the Executive Committee:
- A. The Treasurer will keep an accurate, up-to-date record of the Club's financial position and be prepared to submit financial reports to the Executive Committee upon request.
- B. The Treasurer will submit a written financial report to the Executive Committee at each monthly board meeting in a format approved by the Executive Committee.
- C. The Treasure will be one of at least two (2) Executive Committee members authorized to sign checks.
- D. As many as four (4) Club Executive Board members shall be authorized to co-sign Club checks.
- E. Under no circumstances will two (2) members of the same househod have co-signer check authority.
Vice President Football: Oversee Football Team Moms, Athletic Director and parents to ensure that everyone is informed of all activities and any written communications.
Vice-President Drill: Oversee Drill Team Moms, Drill Director and parents to ensure that everyone is informed of all activies and any written communications.
Ways and Means Chairman: Responsible for all fund raising, getting outside sponsors and filling positons for all committees.
Directors (7): A voting member that must attend all board meetings, be prompt, attend all home games, be present before and after all games to setup and cleanup concession stand and field. Directors must be at all league functions. Directors are expected to serve on at least one committee.
