How to Become - And Stay - A Member

The PW Spartans Board of Directors holds public meetings on the second Tuesday of every month in the first-floor room of Franzone's Italian American Restaurant, 200 Ridge Pike, Conshohocken. (When heading to Chemical Road from Butler Pike, turn right at the car wash and go a half of a block down the street. You'll see Franzone's on your left.)

Meetings start at 8 p.m. during the off-season and 8:30 p.m. during the season. All are welcome to attend. After attending two consecutive meetings before the December meeting, parents are eligible to be voted in as members. Once you are a member, you can vote for members of the Board in an election held at every December's meeting. The nine-member Board consists of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Teasurer, two members-at-large, Cheerleading Director, Athletic Director, and Keystone State League Representative All but the appointed positions of Cheerleading Director, Athletic Director, and Keystone State League Representative are open for election every year. To retain voting eligibility, a member must attend two meetings before the December meeting every year.
