Returning players DO NOT need to fill out a new registration form. A pre-printed form will be provided when you register.
New players can fill out their registration forms on the day of registration. This is a double-sided document with the registration form on one side and the medical release on the other. It is much easier for coaches if these forms remain on one page.
All players must have a signed statement of understanding and parent code of conduct on file with the league. These forms will also be available to sign at registration.

2010 Refund Policy
Players withdrawing prior to the Draft will be issued a full refund. There will be NO REFUNDS after the draft. In order to protect your rights, all refund requests must be submitted in WRITING. Phone calls and e-mail are insufficient to process requests.
ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING AND INCLUDE A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE.
PLEASE MAIL YOUR WRITTEN REQUESTS TO:
SDLL REFUNDS TREASURER
P.O. BOX 723,
SAN DIMAS, CA 91773
Include the player's name and date of birth, along with the reason they are withdrawing. Baseball requires a minimum of 2-3 hours of practice per week, plus Weekday and Saturday games of 2+ hours. Please consider your child's schedule and abilities. It is a disservice to your child's team if you withdraw after the teams are formed. Please decide early what your family schedule will accommodate. If a refund request is denied due to the date of the request, you may deduct the amount from your tax return as a donation to SDLL, a non-profit organization—“please ask your tax advisor about this."
If you register a child and then decide for any reason that the child will not play in our league, please notify us as soon as possible. If SDLL is unable to place your child on a team, you will automatically receive a full refund.

Abstract Birth Records in California
June 21, 2005 --
DATE: June 21, 2005
TO: All California District Administrators and local Little Leagues
FROM: Little League international
RE: Bulletin - Abstract Birth Records in California
The State of California Department of Health Services determined that effective July 1, 2003, there will be two types of certified copies of birth records.
1. The first type is a regular certified copy identical to those issued prior to July 1, 2003. These will be issued only to authorized individuals as defined by California Health and Safety Code Section 103526.
2. The second type is also a regular certified copy; however, it will have a legend across the face with the statement “INFORMATIONAL, NOT A VALID DOCUMENT TO ESTABLISH IDENTITY.”
Both of these documents are certified copies of the original document on file with the State of California, and as such are acceptable to Little League International.
However, a third form previously acceptable to Little League is no longer acceptable. In compliance with the State of California, Department of Health Services, State Registrar, June 27, 2003, certified abstract of birth is no longer acceptable as proof of age in California.
