 Only 4 coaches per team, to fill out the background check form.
Please have all background checks completed by February 15TH 2012 
 
- Managers’ meetings will be on Sunday, February 24
                - 6U – 1 pm
                - 8U – 2:30 pm
                - 10U – 4 pm
                - 12U and 14U – 5 pm
                - 4U – 6 pm
- Draft workout/try-outs will be on Thursday, February 21 from 6-9 pm at HCP
- Opening ceremony will be Friday, March 22
- Opening day will be Saturday, March 23 – season will go through the end of May

Tri-Cities Baseball Association will follow the rules of Major League Baseball, as reported in the most current edition of the Sporting News, as well as the USSSA National and Texas USSSA rules unless otherwise specified in Tri-Cities Baseball General Rules and Regulations. The order of precedence is as follows: 
  1. TCBA League Rules
  2. USSSA National Rules
  3. MLB rules
